  • How do I add my safelists?

  • I get an access error message when I try to use the software, what's up?

    This usually happens when you have downloaded the software before and your trial demo version has run out. It is a security issue. The way to solve this is to uninstall the previous software (see uninstall details below), download and install the full version, enter your new username and password, launch the program and start using it. You may see the error appear again. If this happens, close the program and relaunch it. The error should not occur again.

  • I sent an email but after sending it says 45 lists processed 5 bad, what does this mean?

    It usually means that those 5 lists are not compatible with the S3 submitter at this time. Not all lists work with S3 even though they may appear to be added correctly. It can also mean that the list is down or no longer exist. The same is true of all other submitters.

  • Help? I am a Pro member and I can't login?

    Send your username and password here and let us know. We will reset your password if needed.

  • How do I uninstall the software?

    Go to your Start menu (bottom left of your desktop screen, select Programs, select Safelistworld Super Submitter, then select Uninstall Safelistworld Super Submitter (S3). Do not uninstall S3 by using your control panel as this will not remove all the files.

  • Will S3 work in a Mac, Unix or Linux OS environment?

    No. S3 will only work in a Windows Operating System environment such as Windows 95/98/NT/2000/Me/XP.

  • How do I cancel Safelistworld services?

    You can email us at trey@safelistworld.com if you do not know how to cancel via 2Checkout.

    In the event that a cancellation request is received and/or fulfilled after the monthly debit has been initiated, Safelistworld will not be able to issue a refund. Cancellation requests should be sent in well in advance of the next scheduled debit date.

    Please keep in mind, that if you cancel and want to return at a later date, you will need to pay for the setup fee again.
